Intito Talks, The road to the Boardroom - Stockholm

Welcome to the autumn networking event! This time, we’ll focus on board work – what it actually involves, how to find your way in, and what opportunities there are for women to take their place in the boardroom.

What we’ll talk about

• What a board really does and the responsibilities it entails
• How to find and apply for board positions
• What skills and experience are in demand – and why more women are needed
• Common myths and obstacles that might stand in the way

We’ll also get an introduction to Styrelsekraft, an initiative that supports women who want to take their first steps into the world of board work.

Networking and mingling

After the session, we’ll serve light refreshments and create space for mingling and networking. It’s a great opportunity to connect with other inspiring women, share experiences, and expand your professional network
